AI/ML a growing technology in field of Machine learning-A knowledge based system.





We all know world is transforming into technology where everything is termed as ‘Smart’ and ‘Bots’ either it may be smart TV, smart Phones, smart cars, chat bots, voice bots etc., where actually machines are taking charge over human-assigned-task in almost every sector in the society.  AI/ML are leading Machine Learning programs.


AI-Artificial intelligence, the word says its all, ‘artificially intelligent’. The system as said to be artificially intelligent when they are said to do tasks smartly. Smartness is achieved in machines by learning from past experiences, results or knowledge base systems. To achieve AI there are many algorithms to make machine perform task in step-by-step manner.
ML-Machine learning is a field that involves using AI algorithms and training the machines to perform tasks without human intervention.
Lets talk about the current era where everything is automated using bots. All online conversations, chats, mails etc are automated using bots-an automated responsive application. Its quite challenging to achieve efficiency using chat bots due to lack of understanding of complex queries, and most of the organizations are fighting this battle to gain ROI with chat and voice bots.
